Made a purchase that later got refunded? Open that transaction and choose Create refund from its actions. This adds a brand-new, linked entry that cancels out the original's effect on your balance, while leaving the original transaction exactly as it was — completed and visible in your history. Just note that each transaction can only be refunded once.
