Before you cancel Pro
Data export is a Pro capability. Downgrading does not delete records, but export while your subscription is active if you need the archive elsewhere.
Sensitive downloads always require re-entering your password.
Request an export
Open Settings → Export, confirm your password, and download over HTTPS. Files are removed from disk after download.
- Confirm the account email is correct.
- Complete the password challenge.
- Download promptly — the link expires.
Troubleshooting
If the link expired, request a new export. If the archive looks incomplete, write to privacy@ with the time of the request.
