Windows are announced at least seven days ahead and never scheduled on the 1st or the last two days of a month, when most people reconcile.

Rate refresh stalled for 18 currency pairs
Our upstream provider began rate-limiting us after a schema change on their side. Converted totals were up to four hours stale and shown as estimated. No stored transaction amounts were affected, since every record keeps its original currency.

Import review queue backlog
A month-end surge of large XLSX files filled the parsing queue. Uploads were accepted but took up to 40 minutes to reach the review step. Nothing was written to any ledger without review, and no file was dropped.

Assistant replies slow or timing out
Snapshot building was re-reading the full ledger instead of the cached summary for accounts with more than 40,000 transactions. Questions either took over 30 seconds or timed out with an error. The assistant is read-only, so no records could be changed during the incident.
