Give your subscription or bill a name you'll recognize (like "Netflix" or "Rent") and choose a start date. Pick how often it repeats — daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly — and decide whether it should keep going indefinitely ("keep generating payments until I cancel") or wrap up on a specific end date.
One important choice: the default status for each payment it creates. Leave it as Pending if you'd like to glance over and confirm each payment before it's treated as final (they'll wait for you in your Cartable) — this is the safer choice if you want to double-check amounts match your bank. Or set it to Completed if you're confident it'll always go through exactly as expected and you'd rather it just happen automatically without any extra clicks.
If this bill is priced in a different currency than your account uses — say, a subscription billed in US dollars but paid from a euro account — flip on Billed in another currency and fill in the billing currency and amount; Rasa Money will handle the conversion each time it charges.
