Steps
Open the relevant screen in the app, follow the labels on the page, and confirm before anything irreversible. Destructive actions always ask for your password again.
- Confirm you are on the account or plan that unlocks this feature.
- Complete each step in order; the product blocks writes until you confirm.
- If import or export is involved, keep the file until the job finishes.
Troubleshooting
If the result looks wrong, stop and do not repeat a destructive action. Export or screenshot first, then contact support.
