Think of the Cartable as your to-do list for money — a single place showing anything that's waiting for your confirmation, usually a pending payment from a subscription or a debt installment. All you need to do is click Mark Complete once you've verified it happened as expected. There's no "dismiss" here on purpose — if you want to handle something differently, head over to the Transactions list instead.
