The company behind the product
Rasa Money is the product. Rasa Corp is the company that operates it. The Terms say the same thing in the definitions section: 'we', 'us', and 'our' mean Rasa Corp, registered in Turkey. This page exists so that sentence is not buried in a legal PDF. If you are trusting a YMYL category with a picture of your month, you should be able to name the operator without grepping a sitemap.
We are a software company. The app is a personal finance manager: accounts, a ledger, budgets, recurring series, debts, import, export, and an assistant that reads your records. It is not a wallet, a card, a brokerage, or a remittance rail. The homepage already says that in a disclaimer; here it is the first fact, not the footer.
This site currently does not publish individual founder biographies. That is a gap we will close with real names and roles when we have consented public bios — not with stock photos and invented titles. Until then, accountability runs through the legal entity, the published office, and the inboxes on the contact page.
Why this product, and not another tracker
Most expense apps assume one country, one bank feed, one currency, and a category list that looks like a grocery taxonomy. That model snaps the first time salary lands in USD, rent leaves in EUR, and a loan is denominated in something you do not earn. Spreadsheets hide the break for a while. Then the rates move and last March's report is a different story than last March was.
Rasa Money starts from the opposite assumption: every account has one currency, every transaction remembers the rate that applied on its date, and budgets can still have one limit you can explain. The homepage walks through that engine because it is the differentiator. This page is the institutional reason it exists: we got tired of tools that treat multi-currency as a display switch.
The other starting assumption is that not everyone can, or should, glue their bank login to a startup. Import a file. Type the row. The ledger should still add up. That stubbornness shows up again on the security page; it started as a product opinion about who we are building for.
How we choose what to ship
The public site describes what is live. If a paragraph on this domain talks about a capability, it is supposed to be in the product today — not a roadmap slide. When we want early users in the conversation, we say so in the founding offer: write in, we read it, we prioritize in the open as much as a small team can.
We would rather ship a complete manager that happens to be serious about currencies than a currency converter with a to-do list taped on. Recurring payments, debts, an approval inbox, and a dashboard that can name net worth are not extras we will 'add after launch'. They are why the category is personal finance, not a prettier SMS from your bank.
What Rasa Money is not
Not a bank. Not a broker. Not a payment processor. Not a financial advisor. We do not take deposits. We do not execute trades. We do not tell you to buy an index fund. If a sentence on marketing copy ever sounds like we hold the money, it is a mistake — believe the Terms and this paragraph instead.
We also do not replace your accountant or your tax authority. Categories and exports are there so you can see what happened. What you file is still your work. The FAQ on the homepage that asks this question is short on purpose; the legal risk of a longer answer is pretending we are something we are not.
Where the company is
Registered in Turkey. Public office: Mecidiyeköy Mah., Naci Kasım Sk., Şişli, Istanbul 34381. That is the address on the contact page and in the footer. It is not a café we namedrop for credibility and not a coworking lobby that will accept your cash.
The product is used wherever someone has a browser and a month that does not fit in one currency — or a month that does, and still needs budgets and debts in one place. Registration country is not the same thing as 'only for residents of X'. Eligibility, age, and acceptable use are in the Terms.
Languages we actually ship
The application is translated into English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, and Turkish. Rasa AI answers in the display language you picked. Dates and weekday names follow that language; you still choose a date format, a timezone, and the day your financial month starts.
This marketing site follows the same six locales for the pages that are truly translated. Newer pages on this domain ship in English first. We would rather leave a key missing than publish English paragraphs inside a Turkish file and call it localization. When a page is translated, it earns its hreflang. Until then, English is the canonical document.
A live product in a founding chapter
Rasa Money is not a waitlist. You can create an account today. The founding membership is a discount on the first Pro charge and an invitation to argue with us about what ships next. It is not equity, not a DAO, and not a promise that the list price never moves.
If you want the commercial detail, use the pricing page. If you want the data-handling detail, use security and the Privacy Policy. If you want a human, use contact. This page is the company: an entity with an address, a product that refuses to be a bank, and a public record of that refusal.
