There is a person on the other side of this form
There is no chatbot in front of this page and no ticket queue that auto-closes at 48 hours. Rasa Money is operated by Rasa Corp, and the addresses below go to the same team that ships the product. If you already have an account, that is the fastest way to get an answer that matches what you actually see on screen — not a generic script about 'syncing your bank'.
We would rather you email the right inbox than paste a password, a full card number, or a screenshot of your entire ledger into a public social thread. Product questions, billing, partnership ideas, and data-rights requests belong here. Anything that would let someone else into your account does not.
If you are still deciding whether the product fits, start in the app: create a free account, load the demo data, and read the pricing page. Email is for the questions the product cannot answer on its own — a contract, a deletion request, a bank file that will not map, a founding-discount glitch at checkout.
Which address to use
Three addresses, three jobs. Using the one that matches your question keeps the thread out of the wrong person's queue. If you guess wrong we will still read it and route it — you do not need to send the same message three times.
- [email protected] — plans, trials, the FOUNDER code, partnerships, press, and 'does the product do X?'
- [email protected] — access, export, deletion, what we store, and anything that belongs under the Privacy Policy.
- [email protected] — Terms of Service, contracts, notices, and formal requests.
Marketing mail is not how we grow this list. We do not add you to a newsletter because you asked a billing question. If a message claiming to be us asks you to 'verify your vault' or re-enter a password on a page that is not app.rasamoney.com, it is not us.
What to put in the message
A useful email is boring and specific. A vague 'it doesn't work' costs both of us a round trip you did not need to take.
- The email address on the account, if you have one.
- The display language and timezone you use in the app.
- What you were trying to do, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- For imports: the institution, the file type (CSV or XLSX), and whether you can share a redacted sample — skip live exports packed with full account numbers if you can.
- For billing: the plan and cycle you chose, and whether you applied FOUNDER. Do not send card details. We cannot take a card over email and we should not store one that way.
We will never ask you to email your password. Password re-entry happens inside the app, on the actions that deserve it: export, financial reset, revealing a stored card number, and account deletion.
Registered office
Rasa Corp is registered in Turkey. The office we list publicly is in Şişli, Istanbul: Mecidiyeköy Mah., Naci Kasım Sk., 34381. That is a company address, not a walk-in branch and not a place to deposit cash. Rasa Money does not hold, transfer, or invest your money.
If you need to send a formal notice, use that address and copy [email protected]. For product help, email is faster than post. The About page has the same entity details without pretending we are a high-street bank.
What we can and cannot do
We can explain how the product records a transfer, why a rate was locked on a given date, how to download your archive, or what happens when a Pro trial ends. We cannot move money between your banks, reverse a card charge at your issuer, file your taxes, or tell you whether a loan is a good idea.
That line is the same one on About and in the Terms: Rasa Money is a finance tracking and management tool, not a bank, broker, or advisor. If your question is really about a bank login, we also do not want it — the product never asks for banking credentials, and neither should this inbox. How we protect data lives on the security page, not in a support macro.
Founding members who hit an import edge case or a currency pair the converter is being fussy about should write to sales with the details. That is the 'direct line' the founding offer is actually for — not a private Slack, a real email that a person reads while the roadmap is still being shaped.
After you hit send
You should get a human reply, not a sequenced drip. Volume is still small enough that that is the honest description. We do not publish a guaranteed response time because we will not invent an SLA to look bigger than we are.
If your request is an export, a deletion, or another privacy right, say so in the subject line. Those go to privacy@ and are handled under the Privacy Policy, not as generic product support. The legal bits of 'who can ask' and 'how we verify it is you' are in that policy, not in this paragraph.
Billing changes — cancel a trial, switch a cycle, apply FOUNDER — are done in the app under Settings → Subscription. Email cannot press that button for you, but we can tell you where it is if the screen is being unhelpful. The pricing page spells out the trial, the caps on Basic, and what you keep if you downgrade.
